8 minute Tabata workout - it was fast and good. I'll probably feel it tomorrow but I did go a little easy on myself. Tomorrow I hope to push it a little harder!
I didn't go over on my calories and I logged everything. Feeling good!

And we begin...
This summer I was a fitness fanatic. I got down to my lowest weight since high school - 175 pounds. This was AWESOME.
Then I went back to Austin and started the process of selling my house and moving back home to Maui. I packed up all my stuff and it's been a battle versus food for the past few months. I weighed in this morning at 192 pounds. Yuck. I am so mad and frustrated with myself.
So I allowed myself to indulge for Christmas and decided 12/26 was the day the eating out of control was going to STOP. I'm taking control again.
Today I ate my 1450 calories and am stopping. No sugar either. After the kids go to bed, I'm doing my first tabata workout. Will be posting my progress!
